help with instagram comment automation

@Fabio Gaulke thank you! I’m definitely considering upgrading. Is there a way to view how many contacts we have?  If it’s the contacts we have under the contacts tab in the app, it’s only 20 at the moment 

Yeah that's where you see the contacts, but you still have to upgrade to pro in order to use the comment reply automations.

@Sami Mahin is there a cap on how many you can use before upgrading? I already have a few that are working which is weird to me

This started popping up when hitting publish, first automation it’s happened work and the only one I’m having issues with 

The Free Plan counts even on deleted contacts. So it's not possible to know 100% how many contacts you had since the beginning.

The App doesn't show much data about the account. I recommend using the web/desktop version much more than the app. There you can see how many active contacts you currently have on the account right at the home tab.

@Fabio Gaulke gotcha. I just checked on the site and it says 17 active contacts. It doesn’t seem like there’s any way I hit the 1,000 cap, is there a customer service email or anything that can be done to look into it? If I’m not at the cap I’d rather not pay for premium yet and see some results first.

I’m in the same boat here...just a few contacts so far. I have 4 working automations, triggered when a comment is made on a post or reel, and sending an automated DM with a button link. I triple checked, nothing pro selected. And I’m having the same issue. Just can’t turn on the automation! Super frustrating...I was interested in a paid plan in the future but with this issue that I can’t seem to figure out it’s making me hesitant. 

1000 contacts but some features like the comment reply you can onlu use for a specific post. Just hit the activate button and you should be able to publish the flow and run the automation.
There is also some settings I don’t exactly remember where but you can unsubscribe contacts and stay under 1000 to keep using the free Plan

They got back to me and said you can only have 4 automations with the free plan. You’ll have to pause one to activate. I didn’t see that info anywhere so def frustrating and makes me hesitant

Agreed. That is definitely an important detail to leave off of the pricing list which clearly explains the other limits of the free plan. Again I respect that some features are, and should be paid...but it certainly makes me hesitant to start a paid plan knowing that that major detail wasn’t clear. I spent time setting things up to use ManyChat (and lots of time trying to figure out why I was having this issue) and now I won’t be able to do it in the way I intended with my current plan.
