how do i stop the automation if my customer keep writing contain keywords?
its looks bad..
for example hes starting with :
Customer : Hello , can i get more information about your product?
- Manychat Start working with the automation
when Manychat done and the customer finish everything, he asked antoher question like :
Hello, can i get information about this specific product?
i just put the keyword “Hello” to start the automation.
now i want if there is another question starting with Hello again.. or if the automation done and he asked another question just not start the Automation from the begining, its just looks not good.
how can i fix it ?
someone understand what i talking about?
