Hi everyone,

I’m on the 14‑day Trial in my current workspace, but I’ve already entered my payment details and need full Pro features (especially the Broadcasting tab) immediately. Right now the sidebar still shows “TRIAL”, and Broadcasting isn’t available. The Billing page displays my card on file with a charge scheduled for the day the trial ends.

Is there a way to skip/terminate the trial period and switch to the paid Pro subscription now, or must I wait until the trial expires automatically? If the only option is to contact Support, what’s the quickest path (info to provide, form link, etc.) to get them to flip the workspace from Trial to Pro?

Go to the Settings page, then click on Billing, and look for the Upgrade button.
You can now end the trial early and switch to the paid plan yourself—no need to contact Support.


Thanks for the advice about ending the trial—my workspace now shows “PRO – Active” in Settings → Billing, and the first payment has already gone through. However, the Broadcasting (paper‑airplane) tab is still missing from the sidebar, so I can’t create any broadcasts.

Questions

  1. Is Broadcasting included in the standard Pro plan, or does it require an extra add‑on?

  2. If it should be available on Pro, what else could block the tab from appearing? (Channel connection, contact limit, cache issue, etc.)

Broadcasts are included in the PRO plan, so the menu should appear for you. Try accessing the link below, but make sure to replace it with your account number (keep the fb... number from your ManyChat account):
