I am desperate. I have filed two tickets with support. None of my automations are working. None of the troubleshooting is helping. Black friday sales start tomorrow. I am dead in the water with NONE of my automations working and not being able to create any new ones. Does anyone know how to get help from ManyChat? A number? A direct email?

But… unfortunately, there’s a knows issue affecting some accounts that doesn’t trigger DM to Comment triggers.
Manychat’s team is aware and working with Meta to fix this as soon as possible.
I also have some accounts and clients with the same issue… there’s not much more that can be done than wait… 🙃

meu querido, apenas pra te ajudar: aqui quando não tinha manychat eu colocava meu estagiario pra fazer as respostas automaticas: manda mensagem manualmente pelo direct com o link que vc precisa. AQUI vamos fazer assim caso não volte. Amanha minha estagiaria ja vai começar a fazer todas que estão sem respostas.
