@reymark, please test if this here works:

Go to your Facebook profile and go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools 

• Find the Manyсhat app
• Click the 'View and edit' button next to it
• Untoggle the 'Manage accounts, settings and webhooks for a Page' option and click 'Save'

  

   

• After that, return to Manyсhat and refresh permissions via the Help button
• This will show up:

  

   

• Click 'Edit access' and make sure your page in question is selected. Then, click 'Continue as...' and see if it helps.
