      One of my favorite discoveries here has been how powerful automation can be when it still feels human. ManyChat isn’t just about saving time it’s about creating meaningful conversations at scale.

      I’ve learned that the best flows are the ones that guide people naturally, almost like a real conversation. That insight alone changed how I design my automations.
