Hello ManyChat Community!

I've set up Instagram automation on ManyChat to send links when users comment on my reels. The link sends successfully, but the preview isn't displaying.

Comparison:

Message Without Link Preview here below

Message With Link Preview (Expected Output): an image is visible for the same link just above the message

@Aravind98, I did some tests and found it out:

  1. Create a new automation and set a Comment Trigger.
  2. Next message step: change it to "Send as Comment Reply” + delete the existing text block

  3. All the available block options will apear. Go to More and ad a Card block

  4. Now you can customize the card as you wish.

This will do exactly what you are looking for. 😉

Hi, @Aravind98!

Link preview does (sadly) not always works properly…

I would recommend use “Cards” to display your products. Something like this:

But, in this case, you need to include a first message with a button as reply to comment due to Meta's rules.

Hello Fabio,

Thanks a lot for helping me out, I was wondering how the below response is developed. I just commented on someone's real and this is the response with clear preview. Do you know how we can do it?

Message With Link Preview (Expected Output): an image is visible for the same link just above the message

Thanks a lot again
