My Instagram account is still connected to an old ManyChat workspace . I no longer have access to that workspace and need the Instagram channel released so I can reconnect it to my current ManyChat account. How do I detach the Instagram connection ?

Give them as much info as you can, such as details about the Instagram account, emails associated to the accounts, your new account, etc so they can verify you’re the owner of the account.
