I’m making the scenario clear.
First I uploaded reel with caption and set automation but It didn’t work and one thing I saw here was when someone comment It didn’t reflect on my account but the person who commented can see his comment. I though my insta account can have some error or glitch but this error only occurred for this specific reel other reel is working perfectly.

I thought it would be some glitch from my side so I again uploaded same reel with caption and set automation but it didn’t work

Third time, I again uploaded reel without caption and set automation. This time automation worked but when I added caption in this same reel, automation stopped working!


Here is the setup I did. I made it from scratch and set word triggered automation. So when some someone comment “Color” he will replied automatically and get the link in the DM.

If I comment on that post, nothing happens for my profile.

Then I think there might be something wrong with your Manychat <> Instagram connection. I would contact Manychat Support about this.

Do as Joren said and open a ticket to the Support Team. You can do it here: Manychat Help

In the meantime, check if everything is as it should be with your Manychat/Meta integration. Follow the steps in this article: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281308423452-Instagram-automation-troubleshooting

Another thing that can cause some weird issues is your browser cache/cookies. I suggest you clean it and test it again.
