Then I think there might be something wrong with your Manychat <> Instagram connection. I would contact Manychat Support about this.
+7Hey Vaibha! Can you share a link to your reel? And maybe a screenshot / video or your setup?
Besides that: Did the same person comment twice? Because it only works the first time.
Yes sure,
Here is the link of my reel https://www.instagram.com/reel/DDQ6_v7Mioo/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
Yes the same person commented.
I’m making the scenario clear.
First I uploaded reel with caption and set automation but It didn’t work and one thing I saw here was when someone comment It didn’t reflect on my account but the person who commented can see his comment. I though my insta account can have some error or glitch but this error only occurred for this specific reel other reel is working perfectly.
I thought it would be some glitch from my side so I again uploaded same reel with caption and set automation but it didn’t work
Third time, I again uploaded reel without caption and set automation. This time automation worked but when I added caption in this same reel, automation stopped working!
Here is the setup I did. I made it from scratch and set word triggered automation. So when some someone comment “Color” he will replied automatically and get the link in the DM.
+7If I comment on that post, nothing happens for my profile.
Are you sure you connected it to the right post?
Yes it connected to the right post!
Even your comment is not visible to me check this.
But here I can see that some has commented

+3Hey,
Do as Joren said and open a ticket to the Support Team. You can do it here: Manychat Help
In the meantime, check if everything is as it should be with your Manychat/Meta integration. Follow the steps in this article: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281308423452-Instagram-automation-troubleshooting
Another thing that can cause some weird issues is your browser cache/cookies. I suggest you clean it and test it again.
Thank you,
I have already raised the ticket and they are helping me to solve this problem.
