Huh... I didn't saw it before, but you haven't activated you trigger (when inactive it has a gray background color / when active it's green) 

Select your trigger and you'll see an switch at the bottom. Activate it and it should work. 

its already activate

 

Its not being trigger. its may be some setting fault in my manychat account?
currently i am using free plan, if i buy pro subscription then i can chat with customer support?

I have added automation if user send me the message containing keywords then automatically the message should be sent. But it is not working

My automation does not seem to work when someone comments, yet I can test it on Instagram

from another account through my direct message. 

@Dimedocs, when this kind of thing happens to one of my automations, I recreate it from scratch and delete the old one for a new test. Is that doesn't work, I'd recommend opening a ticket to the Support Team at https://help.manychat.com/ 😉

Hi, @Maylene!

Your automation should work. Some things to be aware:

• The “Comment on post” trigger just works ONE TIME per account. In other words, if you already commented with one account on the same post, the next times nothing will trigger, just the first time.
• Set a Message trigger with a random word, so you can test it via DM from another account and check if it's working fine.
• When strange things like this start to happen, it's good to refresh Instagram's permissions (Settings/ Instagram/ Refresh Permissions)

Instagram had some known bugs in the last days… that could also be part of the cause of the problem
