📌 Job Description:

I am looking for an experienced ManyChat expert to build a chatbot automation flow that will onboard and guide new hires in my insurance business through the life insurance licensing process.

The chatbot will:
✅ Send automated messages via Telegram, SMS, and Email
✅ Track new hires' progress in their licensing coursework
✅ Send reminders if they haven't logged in for 2+ days
✅ Encourage them to complete the coursework within 10 days
✅ Shift from motivational nudges to accountability reminders as deadlines approach
✅ Allow new hires to download onboarding documents at different stages
✅ Notify me when someone passes their exam, quits, or becomes inactive
✅ Answer common FAQs about licensing & exams
✅ Notify me if a new hire requests to speak with a manager

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Proven experience building chatbot flows in ManyChat
✅ Familiar with smart delays, rules, and AI chat features
✅ Ability to integrate ManyChat with Google Sheets or other tracking tools (preferred)
✅ Understanding of insurance licensing process (a plus, but not required)
✅ Strong communication and ability to work efficiently

💡 Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

🚀 Experience integrating ManyChat with Zapier, Firebase, or CRM systems
📧 Experience with automated email/SMS reminders
📊 Familiarity with tracking new hire progress
