JOTFORM links (pre application form) are not working within button URLs  for my auto replys and button links in dm chats for potential leads, how do I fix this? Zapier is not an option for me and requires a seperate expense

Your URL begins with HTTPS?

Try with other URL like https://www.google.com to see if it works. If it doesn’t work, go to settings → general → click “shortener is disabled” and try again.

Please be aware that if you disable the shortener, Manychat won’t be able to provide Click-Through Rate (CTR) data.
