I’m having an issue with the Live Chat interface and the “Assigned to me” folder.
I have two ManyChat accounts/workspaces connected to the same login, and in each account we have multiple agents with Live Chat seats assigned (not just one). However, in the Live Chat window for my agents, the “Assigned to me” folder does not show up consistently.
What I see happening:

Sometimes the “Assigned to me” folder appears as expected in Live Chat

But when I switch between my two ManyChat accounts (workspaces) inside the same login, the “Assigned to me” folder disappears

After that, it often takes a very long time before it appears again, and it seems to come back randomly

The folder sometimes reappears after I change something in Live Chat seat settings for any of the managers/agents in the workspace, but then it disappears again after switching accounts
So the problem is:
Even though I have multiple agents with active Live Chat seats in each account, the “Assigned to me” folder in Live Chat is unstable — it appears and disappears when I switch between my two accounts.
Is this a bug related to multiple accounts/workspaces on one login?
