Anyone else having issues with the gallery image sizes on mobile? Usually this happens when a Meta or iphone update happens and we just have to wait it out. Please advise if you have information. I dont want to have to go in and resize all images.

I understand that, but Ive had images the size of 900x900 for years, never had any issues. Why now? Take a look at this one. They are the same size and the same template that i use.

These changes don't come from Manychat's side. From time to time Meta releases new design/sizing guides and the only option we, users, have is to comply and adapt our media to fit into the new guidelines. 🫠
There may be older templates that still work with 1:1 ratio images, but new ones will need to be created with the specifications Rodrigo already shared, or it will be cropped, as you already saw.
