Can one automation be set up for different posts—just a couple of them, not all of them—or do I need to duplicate the same automation and set it up for each specific post?"

Thanks!

@pamg you can add more than one trigger to a single automation, so yes, you can have a single automation being triggered by different posts.

I’m looking to do the same. How do you do it? I have the basic account. Do you need pro?

Here’s my guess is you need pro. If I had pro is this how it would work?

  • if there are 15 posts all prompting to the same freebie
  • you’d click “all posts are reels” in automation set up
  • type in the different keyword triggers ex “PE#” and “Energy”
  • then anytime someone comments one of those words, on any of the posts they’re sent the same freebie?

If I have basic do I just set up a new automation for all 15?

@jnetciz that’s correct for PRO.

For the Free version, you’ll have to connect one by one, but you’re limited to 3 triggers on Free.
