Pro is not active, even after payment.

If you check the screenshot, you will see that it says payment is successful, but the software still asks me to upgrade to Pro! It has been few days and I am in the middle of a launch and nothing is working. 
 

Any idea guys?

And if I try to cancel it tells me I will lose my Pro Subscription, bro you took my money and did not activate anything and now I will lose what is not active? đŸ˜…

I thought I was the only one. its gonna be ÂŒ of the monthly payment period before i actually get the product I have already paid for.

Same issue here. I paid the invoice for the pro subscription but my account does not show upgraded. Such a shame! I feel cheated and there’s absolutely no customer support. Asking customers to wait for seven days to receive a reply is crazy!!
