Qualifying leads

Malene

Hi,

How do you qualify your leads with Manychat?

We sell an all-terrain mobility vehicle starting at €18,000, and our viral videos are bringing in lots of leads through ManyChat—both from comments and new followers. The challenge is, many leads aren’t qualified due to the high price point.

For high-ticket lead generation: do you ask your qualifier questions before or after collecting the email? What have you found works best for filtering out unqualified leads without losing good prospects?

Hey @Malene it depends!

The best strategy is usually to replicate whatever works best if you do it with a sales person.

For a $18k vehicle, I’d assume that the person probably has to go to the store and see it in person before buying it, right?

So in this case I’d probably do a strategy where the automation tries to get them to the store, maybe book a test drive, or something like that.

You can capture info like email along the way, but I’d try to get them to the next step.

And you’d know, people who book or are willing to visit, are qualified and interested ;)

Hey Malene , huge congrats on the viral growth!

For an €18,000 vehicle, the 'Test Drive' advice can actually backfire if you're getting thousands of leads, your team will spend all day with people who love the videos but don't have the budget.

Instead of just asking for an email, we recommend putting a LeadVett 'Decision Engine' between the DM and the Test Drive.

In 60 seconds, it analyzes their budget, terrain needs, and urgency and gives you a 'Gold' verdict. You only call or invite the people the AI identifies as high-intent buyers. It plugs into ManyChat in minutes so you can handle the viral volume without hiring 5 sales reps.

Happy to show you how it filters for high-ticket manufacturing? leadvett.com
