Hello,
I use Ref URL to get people to start a Facebook messenger automation, it don't always work, sometimes it will sit open the messages with my page and stop.
I also noticed that later (several days after) when the user starts a new automation with me page they will get previous automation my gussing are what didn't open then they first click the the Ref URL then will get the automation they are requesting now.
Is that a known issue? Any solutions? Thanks.
