Hi all,

I’m looking for some help and guidance, ideally from ManyChat directly. We are exploring ways to set up media titles in the UAE on ManyChat across our large portfolio, moving away from outdated "Link in Bio" solutions. Our titles include Harper’s Bazaar, Arabian Business, Esquire, Icon, and more.

I’d like to understand the available options for a link that allows users to click on specific article titles and thumbnails to access the full story on our website.

We are planning to implement a ‘comment for the link’ feature, but we also need a dedicated landing page where users can easily find and navigate to the articles they are most interested in.

Does this functionality exist within ManyChat?

Hey ​@Jessica Valentine you don't have a link-in-bio option in Manychat, but you do have some tools that you can use to get the results you want.

For example, I'd use the Comments for the link strategy, and then, once they're in the chat, you can start a conversation and send them targeted content.

For Instagram, you can use Galleries to show your audience targeted content. So once they get the link to the article they opted in, you could send a "You may also like" selection with more articles in a Gallery format so they can continue exploring, and generating more traffic.

You could make it static (always recommend the same set of articles), or dynamic. For example, based on the article the person commented on, and their previous selections, you could create an algorithm and pick the next articles based on the person's preferences.

You can make the most of the 24 hours that Meta gives you to interact with the contact, and deploy strategies to keep them engaging for longer. And each time they re-engage, make the most of the 24 hours again - and generating more traffic to the site!

In summary, although you won't be able to outright replace the link-in-bio functionality, there are several strategies you can use to keep engaging and generating traffic.
