Hey @drexdey you can set this up using Manychat logic configured correctly ;)
For example, you can set a user field with the date/time of the webinar, and then use date/time based triggers to trigger your reminders.
Or you can use smart delays + tags + conditions to achieve similar results.
It all depends on your exact needs and the best setup for your specific case.

And how can I record a specific time in the user field? Can you please show me an example?🙏🏻
@drexdey create a Date & Time User Field, and then set it like this:

With the specific date and time of the event.
Then, you can create a Rule as a trigger like this:

It will only work on a specific date, but I need it to work every day. Partially understandable, but not clear at the same time.
@drexdey you can do formulas and set offsets also, and you can also set it to current time.
It takes a bit of trickery but it’s possible. Or if you prefer you can also use other integrations (such as Make, Google Sheets, etc).
I offer (paid) troubleshooting calls that you can book at my website, if you’d like, pick a time there and we’ll see how to set it up based on your exact needs ;)
