Still needing urgent help please.

Hi, I'm setting up an email marketing campaign using sequences, but I'm confused about how the timing works. I understand the "schedule" feature, which lets me specify when emails are sent. However, when I add a new sequence message (e.g., "Sequence Message 2"), it's asking me to set a trigger for when the message should be sent. I thought the schedule already controlled this, so I’m not sure what to do. Can you clarify how to set this up correctly? I dont want the “when” trigger box to be there but it cant be deleted?

That's right, you don't need to set a trigger when the flow is sent by a sequence. When the time defined by the sequence is reached, the flow will be sent to the contact. The trigger button appears, as it is standard in all flows, but you don't need to configure anything on it.
