I’m reaching out regarding an issue we’ve been experiencing with our automation. We’ve set up an automation to respond only to specific keywords, but it seems to be replying to all Instagram stories, even when the keyword isn’t mentioned. Additionally, it sometimes triggers multiple automations at once, which is causing confusion and frustration for both us and our audience.
This is for a large account with a significant following, and this issue is making it harder to streamline our processes rather than simplifying them. We rely on the accuracy of the automation to handle a high volume of interactions, so we would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved as soon as possible.
Please let me know what steps can be taken to fix this, or if there's any adjustment needed on our end.
