[RESOLVED] Unable to Link Manychat App to Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager

Hi everyone, We’re aware of an issue currently affecting the ability to connect the Manychat app to Meta Ads and Facebook Ads Manager. An early analysis suggests that around 80% of users may be impacted. First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We understand how important this connection is for you to manage and optimize your ad campaigns effectively, and we know how frustrating it is when something so critical isn’t working as expected. Our team is actively investigating the root cause and working closely with Meta to determine whether the issue lies on their side or ours. [RESOLVED] Instagram Automation Webhooks Issue

Hi Manychat Community family! We're currently aware of an issue affecting the reception of webhooks for some Instagram channel accounts. This may result in delays or interruptions in automations, Live Chat updates, and other real-time features linked to Instagram. Our team has reported the issue to Meta and is actively monitoring the situation while awaiting their response. We’ll keep you updated here as soon as we have more information. [KNOWN ISSUE] Messages may fail to send, Messenger.

[RESOLVED] Instagram: No available posts in the posts picker

[RESOLVED] Instagram messages deliverability issue

Hello Manychat family, Due to a Meta incident, some users may experience errors while sending and receiving messages on Instagram. We are aware of the problem and are already investigating it. We will update you on this incident once there is any news on the subject. [RESOLVED] WhatsApp - Keyword Trigger may be Failing for Ad-Initiated Conversations

Hi Manychat! Update (28 Nov): This issue has been resolved We are aware of an incident affecting the deliverability of WhatsApp messages: When a conversation is initiated through an Ad on Facebook or IG, the WhatsApp Keyword Trigger does not activate as expected, preventing the Automation from starting. Users must type the keyword again to receive the message. We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. Our development team is actively analyzing the scope and working to find a solution.We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are making every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. [RESOLVED] Quick Replies Not Displaying in Comment Replies (DM)

Update Oct 11: This issue has been resolved Hi Manychat family! We’ve identified an issue on Meta’s side that’s preventing Quick Replies from showing up in Direct Messages (DM) sent as comment replies on both iOS and Android devices. The good news is that Quick Replies in regular messages are working just fine. Meta’s team is actively investigating, and we’re keeping a close eye on the situation. We’ll update you as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience!
