Unable To Create A New Automation On A Free Plan

​@Gerstin you may be using a PRO feature, such as conditions or data collection, and that's why you can't publish it in the Free plan.

Would you like to share a screenshot of your automation? If we see it we'll be able to tell you what exactly may be happening.

Share a screenshot here? I used Ready-to-Go Templates (I have created 4 of them, 3 different keywords) and I chose the “Auto DM links from the comments” option. Not sure it these are a Pro version or not.

The free plan is limited to 3 keywords for example.

That's why it's asking you to upgrade to PRO.

I totally recommend you do it, it's 100% worth it!

But I should still be able to create more automations with these same 3 keywords right?

Not looking to update for a paid version, until my sales are more stable. 

​@Gerstin  you can have 3 keyword triggers. So when you try to setup the 4th Manychat will ask you to upgrade.

So you can have multiple automations, but only 3 triggers in the Free version.

I have created 4 automations (two with a trigger word “Bubble”, one with a trigger word “Funnels” and one with a trigger word “Quotes”). And I wanted to add a 5th automation with the same trigger word “Bubble”, same one “DM links from comments” and I can not add anything anymore. I have tried everything but I am unable to create anymore automations. Any other suggestions? Start a new account? Maybe an e-mail to contact someone? Because it has been a few days now and I am pretty sure I am not using anything from the Pro version.
