If you’ve set up an automation, click on it and remove the Manychat AI trigger.

Hi! I’ve already turned off all automations on ManyChat and even disconnected my Instagram account altogether, but automated replies keep firing when I receive a DM. I also checked Meta Business Manager under Inbox → Automations but there’s nothing there. Could it be that ManyChat inadvertently activated some automation somewhere else? I don’t know what to do and it’s really having an impact on my business, so I would really appreciate the help.

If you disconnected your Instagram channel from Manychat, I don’t think that Manychat send messages on your behalf.

Have you connected other messaging tools that could possible to do so?

I had Chatwoot connected before Manychat because I created a customer support bot with AI, but I didn’t have any issues. My bot was working perfectly. Then I connected Manychat because I needed an automation to respond to comments on my feed, and that’s when the problem started. I have the impression that Manychat activated some automation on Meta, but I cannot be sure, of course. I do know that Chatwoot has nothing to do because it was working fine beforehand and even now I receive all incoming and outcoming messages as events via a webhook and process them just fine. It’s just that these other automatic replies are messing all my bot’s conversations with the customers.
