Unable to Transfer Instagram Ownership Due to Suspended Facebook Account

Hello ManyChat Support,

I am experiencing an issue with linking my Instagram account to a new ManyChat account. Here’s the situation:

1. I initially had a ManyChat account linked to a newly created Facebook account. Unfortunately, that Facebook account has been suspended.
2. To resolve this, I created a new ManyChat account linked to my older, active Facebook account.
3. When I attempted to connect my Instagram account to this new ManyChat account, I received the message that it already connected to a ManyChat account and that account should grant permission.
4. Since the original Facebook account is suspended, I cannot access it to pass ownership or make any changes.

Is there any way to disconnect the Instagram account from the old ManyChat account or transfer ownership to my new ManyChat account? I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
