WhatsApp for customer chat inside app

We would like to integrate ManyChat (preferably using WhatsApp or other conversation tools like IG or Telegram) for customer support in our app. With the Messenger Customer Chat plug-in deprecated, is it possible to implement using any ManyChat functionality/API/plug-in?

Hey ​@Swap it’s not possible at the moment.

I’m using openwidget.com for website chatbots, and Manychat for chat apps chatbots (Messenger, Whatsapp, IG, Telegram, etc).

It’s a free tool which lets you integrate AI Assistants and it’s quite flexible, I like it a lot.

    Thanks for your response, ​@Gustavo Boregio. I read somewhere that Manychat plans to introduce an omnichannel chat widget. Is there any update on that? Also, is it not possible to use Manychat URL ref?
