I've been using ManyChat to manage communications with my clients, but there's one key feature missing that prevents me from fully utilizing the WhatsApp integration: the ability to send messages to notify customers about their order status.

I own a Shopify store and would love to see a built-in ManyChat integration that includes an "order listener" to send notifications via WhatsApp or SMS when the order status changes.

WhatsApp is the most popular messaging app, and it has largely replaced website chat for customer support. However, Shopify still relies heavily on email, which is increasingly outdated for daily communications.

Most of my clients do not check their email and typically reach out to us via WhatsApp to know their order status. Integrating this feature would significantly improve our communication and customer satisfaction.
