It was the case before when we could set CUFs with the value from a Bot Field, which allowed us to set up multiple webinar dates and let the subscriber choose one, and then the chatbot would populate the CUF with all the relevant info about that particular event. It also allowed us to modify Bot Fields directly from our messenger, without need to access the platform or app to do so. It meant that we could set up a catalogue of offers and promos that our client would cycle through over time, and then give them or a team member the power, through a CUF password, to turn the promos on or off at the drop of a hat.
In short, it was a function that allowed us to be more agile in the logic gates of the chatbot’s day-to-day functions, and I’m not seeing how disabling that has benefits that outweigh it.
