Coming from a post in the community. 10% of my send templates are in the unable to send due to reasons underlying in the Whatsapp API. That is not something we could change as Manychat, but what would be great is that we can add an error handler to manage these cases. 

I do monitor all my chats through a system using Zaps from Manychat and Airtable. Combined with Meta leads coming in for recruitment purposeses. I do track the status of the applicants (interest, applying, no reaction, a questions or completed) through the automation and write this to Airtable.

It would be great if i can send information to Airtable if this is happening such that we know we should call this person instead of going through Whatsapp application proces.
