Adding a URL along with reply buttons

There's a workaround that you could use until Manychat doesn't improve the message template creation…

1. Create the template as usual in your Manychat account and send it to review.
2. Go to your Meta WhatsApp Manager and edit the Template there (https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/message_templates)
3. At the buttons section you will be able to add different category buttons to the same template.
4. After you add new buttons, send it to review.

If approved, the new buttons will sync to Manychat. 😉

IMPORTANT: you can only edit a Message Template once every 24h.

I came across this problem, I had to separate the messages to be able to use them with action buttons and link buttons.

This solution that ​@Fabio Gaulke  taught can be useful, but only for template messages and not for usability in an open conversation flow.

We hope that the Manychat team can meet this requirement.
