So i have been working on an implementation  that revolved around 2 people being able to interact with the bot in a groupchat on instagram, only to find out after 4 hours of straight work that the bot DOESN’T recognize groupchats, go figure.

Here is an open forum of someone else that had the exact same issue 6 months ago, i’m genuinely curious on why this hasn’t been implemented yet, maybe an oversight? because i have seen auto chat bots interact in groupchats in the past so it definitely isn’t impossible, this is just so demotivating if it isn’t on manychat’s agenda to add.
