This is very necessary. Likewise, get the URL of files and images. Pleeeeease!
Manychat has all the URLs, just show them to us and allow us to send them in a request.

It's very very IMPORTANT!
Just leave the User Input as File be like User Input as Text (automatic handle).
If have {Last Text Input} we need also the something like {Last File Input} (without the waiting for the file, it must be natural in the conversation).
This is very very needed! We really need to be able to receive audio messages (over WhatsApp specifically).
If the dev team isn’t excited about giving us the url of the audio file, at least you could provide us a transcription of the file so we can feed the AI and keep providing relevant responses.
The minimum is to be able to recognize when an audio is received, so that even if its not possible to get the transcript of that, at least we can set up a human handoff to handle it.

Pleeeeaaase! Is there someone out there who looks at the user? This request is old. I love the tool, but it is becoming unfeasible to offer automation to other clients, without access to the audio, file and image links.
Did you notice that the URL for images and audio is provided on the Instagram channel? I realized this today. Why not replicate it on WhatsApp?
I didn't know. We need this on Whatsapp. Or at least the way to identify an image or audio.

Thank you...In the same idea, an item could be added: last_message_type: audio/text/sticker/video/imageCurrently we only have: last_text_input This would make it easier to filter automations to handle message types other than text.

I’m assuming nobody has found a workaround for this yet? It seems so basic….
A way around is that you can have a trigger word which will allow your chat to accept ‘files’ as an input rather than ‘text’. Doing this you will get the URL of the audio.
At present is not possible when the data input field is set as ‘text.’ which is what we all are requesting.

Yes, I would love for audio and image URLs to also be saved in the last_input_text field on WhatsApp. It’s already working on Messenger and Instagram, so why not on WhatsApp?
