Be able to change the contact´s name in Whatsapp

Hey @ElePerez you can do this now using Manychat’s API.

It requires a bit more technical skills but it can be done if you need it.

Ele, yo puse un campo llamado “Nombre_Validado” donde mi chabot guarda el nombre, mi equipo lo puede editar, despues agrega una etiqueta y con automatizacion mediante api, mando el nombre y el telefono a su campo correspondiente. Te dejo una captura del ejemplo, este campo lo deje asi porque puede correr todo el flow de mi bot y al final alguien evalua los datos.

Tambien puedes editarlo para que solo edite el nombre si es lo que necesitas.

We need this so bad. Some leads text us and we're not able to check for their names because they don't have it on their WhatsApp profile. We have MANY CHATS with a period as a name and this is not helping us much.
