I think it would be a good idea to create more specific automations. For example, I have an automation that is triggered by a direct message response. However, it activates for any direct message that contains that word. I would like to narrow it down to a specific conversation.

For instance, if a conversation has already started with a customer, and within that specific conversation, the person responds with a keyword, a particular message should be sent. It shouldn't be triggered by any conversation in general.

 

I hope the idea I'm trying to convey is clear.
