I think the canned answers quite difficult to manage. 

Improvement points:
 

1 - enable full screen view of the templates (today you do not have in the same screen the name, edit and delete icons), what makes extemelly difficult to manage
2 - to list them alphabetically - it would make easier to find and edit everything 
3 - enable a search field

I am quite sure it would make everybody´s life easier if you could spend some time to improve this feature.
