I’d like to be able to export conversations as I do initial profiling (not automatized) via the live chat, and then I decide if the lead can be assigned to one of the sales agents. I’d like to generate a summary of the conversation using an AI and then send it to the CRM so the sales agent gets some insight on what the customer wants so we can increase our chances of converting.

I know it can be done as part of an automation vig Google Sheets, but my use case is different.

Is there a way of doing this? If not, could you add this functionality?
