I wanted to suggest a couple of features that could be incredibly useful for agencies and teams that manage chats across multiple business accounts.
1. Filter for Unreplied Messages by Humans
It would be very helpful to have a filter that shows only the conversations where the last message was sent by the user and has not been replied to by a human. This would help us ensure that no lead or inquiry gets left without a proper response, especially in high-volume inboxes.
2. Unified Inbox Across Accounts
Our agency currently manages chat responses for over 20 businesses, and switching from one account to another is becoming more challenging as we grow. It would be amazing to have a unified inbox or master view, where we can see and respond to messages from all connected accounts on one page.
Here are a few ideas that would make this feature even more powerful:

A small label or tag on each message showing which account it belongs to (to avoid confusion).

Full message functionality in this unified inbox (reply, mark as done, assign, etc.).
