Hi,

This is the idea: I give the bot all the information he needs to know. In my case - a touristic place - I tell him about my schedule, prices, promotions, that we’re a pet friendly place etc. According to this, the bot itself will understand what the potential client wants and will answer accordingly. In case he doesn’t know what to answer, he could just not answer and wait for a human to continue answering.

If we had this, no need to even create complexe flows but just give once the information to manychat so the AI under the hood would do its work.

I know there is an API of chatGPT and a way to do /POST from manychat so that could work as well. But if there was an integrated way of doing it in manychat, i’m pretty sure many companies as mine would buy it.

Plus, if you know how to do that (with the API of chatGPT for example), could you please explain me the steps? (i’m a developper no worries)

Thanks.

@anfiteatrodevilla we have that working with OpenAI’s Assistants API integrated to Manychat.

Happy to show you if you’re interested, send me a private message and we can connect.

PS: Podemos hablar en español también ;)

Hi Gustavo!

Thanks a lot for your answer.

Indeed I found an article about that here if someone got lost on my topic: https://manychat.com/blog/es/the-ultimate-how-to-guide-for-using-chatgpt-with-manychat-%F0%9F%A7%A0/

My suggestion was more to make it native to Manychat so even a not-developper could do it the way I suggested  it from a simple text resuming all the information about a company so chatGPT would choose what to answer, but for now I’ll definitely look into the article to fulfill my goal!

Also, just DM’d you, muchas gracias!

ManyChat should also introduce a built-in database for the bot, allowing us to store files, URLs, and key information that it can use during conversations. This would make interactions much smarter and more efficient!
