Have the ability (action) to pause or unpause all automations
If a user asks for a Live Agent, pause automations so the user can write everything they need and whenever an egant is available, they can answer them.

The automation in (Live Chat Behavior → Automation pause during Conversations) is only once a chat conversation with a Live Chat Agent is engaged.
My request is without a Live Chat Agent having written, depending in the automation process, to be able to pause automations.
Here’s a real example: After certain time I’ll like for a sequence to ask our customers if all their questions where answered, if they answer “No”… apologise and ask them for a brief description of how we can do things right so whenever a Live Agent is available, we can answer their questions. If no Live Agent is available and they right a message, the automation will start. I would like to be able to pause it for certain time so they can right their full message.
