Dear Many Chat Team, i am a pro user of your account, and we are working as a auto authorized dealer. End of the conversation we want if the customer want to call us then he click’s on call action button and he directly call us to our button.

I saw previous videos where you can offer but now you have not.

I request you to please add this is action step. 

@KIA Motors some channels have the call button (like Messenger), others don't.

What I've done in the past is to use a link redirecting to a tel:<phone> URL. This triggers a call on the person's browser.

So I'll use a URL shortener that redirects to the tel: link, and problem solved!
