Please, we need Manychat to be able to display the stickers that customers send. Often, these are stickers that confirm or deny a question. Stickers are a way Brazilians communicate on WhatsApp, and we definitely can't go without this feature! Please prioritize this. Thank you!

I agree with @fabianogoldoni. Users use stickers to confirm or deny their presence at events or for other purposes. At the very least, we need to understand the 'sentiment' conveyed by the sticker.

Hello, I believe this issue might be related to stickers. I’m using the web version, and it shows “message not supported.”
The main concern is that if this happens within an active automation, it ends up triggering WhatsApp’s default reply.

The "unsupported message types" do not refer to sending stickers, this message is given to the user reacting to a message, they do not yet have a treatment to identify a user's reaction to a message.
