Hi! I’m having an issue that I can’t figure out. I have a few automations that use condition blocks and some of those condition blocks are suddenly getting stuck since a few days ago (without having made any changes). I can see the live chat that the automation is triggered and that it runs fine all the way to the condition but then it stops there.
The condition is setup properly (it has “paths” for both scenarios) and also it was working fine before.Â
I have also tried removing the condition and then the automation works fine again.
It’s super weird as I have many other conditions in automations and most are working fine but it’s only a few that seem to be having this issue.
Is anyone experiencing this? I have already submitted a ticket but haven’t heard back yet.

Here is an example and why I think this is a bug.
This is working perfectly fine if the user has “ES” as language but not if the user has “PT” or “EN”. Also, it was working just fine a few hours ago. Just FYI all the condition blocks are “any” condition and not “all’, and not case sensitive.

I think I may have figured it out. It seems there is a limit of how many conditionals you can run. I moved some of the problematic conditionals higher up the “conditional tree” and they seem to work. I’m using a lot of conditionals...
Yes. Just FYI for anyone who arrives here. Manychat has a 30 node limit. So any automation that goes through more than 30 nodes without user interaction… will stop working.
