​@Tylerwantscoffee so I’ve seen many businesses start a conversation (with a human setter) with an opening question after the initial follow.

The idea of the first message is just to start the conversation.

If you have an AI agent connected to the default reply (which we do for all our clients), then the AI kicks in when the person replies and is able to continue the conversation.

A properly trained AI will collect leads, ask the right questions, and take the person through the conversation that a professional setter would.

This strategy was usually to expensive for lower-ticket offers, where you couldn’t afford the setter. With this new feature, we can automate most of it and make it work not only for high ticket, but for all offers.

For me, this is the key capability this feature enables - the ability to start real conversations, and to have them in an automated and scalable manner!
