How to use Manychat for a car business

So I am brand new to all of this wanting to look for a different way of doing things in the car business. I've been in it for over 30 years. The old dinosaur ways are not working. I see that now that AI and the Internet are basically taking over it used to be people came to the dealerships and walked around for hours and looked at cars now that has been taken out by the Internet. People are doing more research at home than ever. So I need to create a better follow up system with them. What do you guys recommend doing?

    Hey ​@ROBERTOR do you sell new or used vehicles? Or both?

    The Manychat automation could work for you in several ways…

    1. answering questions users may have (for example around financing or trade-ins)
    2. checking stock and prices, and maybe replying with real inventory data
    3. sending vehicle pics
    4. coordinating test drives and getting them to come to the dealership
    5. and capturing information and putting them in touch with the salesperson (for example, when the salesperson calls, they can start with ‘I saw that you talked to our bot and I found the perfect F150 you’re looking for!’

    If you position your brand as the easiest to communicate with and fastest to reply you’ll have an advantage over the competition, and your bot can do a big part of the trust-building which I assume is necessary in this industry!

    And your salespeople would become more focused, with better information and warmer leads to work with - which comes down to closing more sales!

    Just some ideas, there are a bunch of automations you could explore depending on what you’re already doing and where your bottleneck is!
