- answering questions users may have (for example around financing or trade-ins)
- checking stock and prices, and maybe replying with real inventory data
- sending vehicle pics
- coordinating test drives and getting them to come to the dealership
- and capturing information and putting them in touch with the salesperson (for example, when the salesperson calls, they can start with ‘I saw that you talked to our bot and I found the perfect F150 you’re looking for!’
If you position your brand as the easiest to communicate with and fastest to reply you’ll have an advantage over the competition, and your bot can do a big part of the trust-building which I assume is necessary in this industry!
