Hello ManyChat Community,
I’m on the FREE plan and trying to build an Instagram automation.
When I create a new flow and add a “Send Message” step, I see the message:
“👇 Tap some step to edit”
However, clicking the step does not open the sidebar, so I am unable to edit the message or set up Collect Reply / User Fields.
I have already tried the following:
- Creating a new automation from scratch
- Refreshing the browser
- Using Chrome
- Clearing cache
Despite this, the issue persists.
Has anyone experienced this before? Are there any workarounds or solutions for free plan users?
