​@Emin you can't delete users in the Free plan, you need to be in the PRO plan to do that.

My suggestion: upgrade to PRO, then delete the users, and keep it under 500 subscribers to keep your bill at $15 per month.

but I am able to delete more than 4000 contacts.
I think it is bug, because I can see 2872 live chats but I can’t see them in contacts menu

what i can do without pro plan? I am quitting so can’t renew Subscription

​@Emin you can unsubscribe them, but they still count for billing.

The only way to permanently delete subscribers is on the PRO plan.

Why I see only 2 contacts? But it tells me 2788. Where? Where is 2788 contacts? Please help. If I will sure 2788 contacts here I will by pro and delete them. But first please show me all this contacts
