I don’t like that we don’t have the same options on TikTok like we do on Instagram. I need COMMENT to DM automations. It's pointless to ask followers to DM us first to get the automation started. Using automations is supposed to convenient for our followers. Asking them DM us first is not beneficial for conversion at all. I want to be the conversation starter in the DM not my followers.  As of right now I won’t be using not even to test out. TikTok DM aren’t used as much as Instagram in the first place.

Please consider that TikTok messaging automation is a very new thing, TikTok is building some features as we speak. They are also building comment to DM trigger which we hope to support quite soon.
