whatsapp list title must have

Hi everyone 👋

I’m building a WhatsApp flow and need a List Message where each option shows only a title (no per-row description).
In WhatsApp itself I’ve seen lists that look like my second screenshot (title-only rows with radio dots) — exactly what I want.

Issue:
In ManyChat’s WhatsApp List component, the UI seems to require a Description for each row (see first screenshot). If I leave Description empty, it won’t let me save. That forces extra text I don’t want.

What I’ve tried:

• Keeping Header empty and Body super short (works).

• Rows with Title only — UI blocks save due to missing Description.

• Workarounds like zero-width space / non-breaking space in Description: sometimes saves, but feels hacky and inconsistent.

Question(s):

1. Is Description actually required by ManyChat (product limitation), or should title-only rows be supported?

2. If it’s expected to work title-only, what’s the correct way to configure it?

    

3. If Description is currently mandatory in the UI, is there a roadmap to allow title-only rows (to match WhatsApp’s native look)?

Context:

• I’m aiming for a list exactly like in the second screenshot: options such as “Tracking status”, “Pickup time”, “Return to sender”, “Cancel shipment”, “Report damage”, “Locate shipment”, “Other”.

• I prefer to keep everything inside ManyChat (not sending the list via Cloud API) if possible.
