One of my favorite moments? I was hosting a 3-day branding challenge. I set up a comment keyword that said: “Type ‘I’m in’ to join.” I woke up to 200+ comments, 100+ opt-ins, and 30 sales. All while I was sleepin’ pretty. That was the moment I said, “Oh yeah, this ain’t just a tool, this is a team.” 🙌

Before we discovered Manychat, running @lavie_loo meant replying to every comment manually, yes, even the “Is this for cats?” ones 😅. We were literally living on Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V and saved replies just to keep up. But once our Instagram started picking up pace and the comments rolled in faster than a bunny zoomie… it became clear: that wasn’t sustainable.

And since our entire product is built on sustainability (our litterbox even turns bunny poo into plant gold 🌱💩), we knew our process had to evolve too.

That’s when we found Manychat — backed by Brock (legend), and backed by data. Suddenly, whenever someone commented “poo” or “shit” (which happens a lot in our line of work), they’d get auto-DMed and sent straight to our website.

The results?
1,176 people said poo/shit.
That’s the good kinda shit.

Now we grow our audience, answer questions, and make money while we sleep. Manychat turned our bunny-loving chaos into conversions! Thank you!
